Shipping policy

At The Needlepoint Shoppe, we take extra care to package every canvas so it arrives ready for your first stitch. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. As soon as your order heads out, you’ll receive tracking information.

Smaller canvases ship flat in rigid mailers, while larger canvases are gently rolled (never folded) and tucked into protective tubes to prevent bending or creasing.

We currently ship within the United States and also offer local pickup in Old Town Midvale during business hours. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or you run into any delivery issues, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help.
