Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy on canvases, thread and accessories when accompanied by an original receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unaltered and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

Any refund due will be given in the form of store credit.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The Needlepoint Shoppe cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Canvases that have been stitched or damaged by customer

  • Canvases that have had any customization

  • Fibers that have been cut or damaged (Returnable fibers must be in original packaging and new condition)

  • Tickets to classes or events

  • Sale or Clearance items

  • Any drink or snack items

ONLINE RETURNS

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To initiate an online return, email hello@theneedlepointshoppe.com or by coming into the storefront.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Any refund due will be given in the form of store credit. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@theneedlepointshoppe.com.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
